Description
The DentalMaster EASYLEARN X Series dental implant combines a Nobel-compatible tapered threaded body with a Bicon-compatible internal locking taper connection. It allows rotational implant placement and accepts original Bicon abutments with the matching post diameter.
The implant body is screwed into the prepared osteotomy, while the abutment is secured through a press-fit locking taper connection. Appropriate Nobel-compatible instruments can be used for osteotomy preparation according to the EASYLEARN X Series surgical protocol.
Features
- Nobel-Compatible Tapered Threaded Body
The tapered body features a Nobel-style thread design for rotational insertion. The implant advances into the prepared osteotomy through rotation, without requiring the implant body to be tapped into position.
Progressive threads and apical cutting grooves are designed to support advancement and bone engagement during placement. - Bicon-Compatible Locking Taper Connection
The internal 1.5° locking taper connection accepts original Bicon abutments with the corresponding post diameter.
The abutment is retained by frictional engagement between the matching tapered surfaces, without a central abutment fixation screw. - Rotational Implant Placement, Press-Fit Abutment Connection
The design combines two distinct functions:
Implant placement: The external threaded body allows rotational insertion into bone.
Abutment connection: The internal locking taper provides press-fit retention for the matching abutment.
This combination offers a threaded placement approach with a Bicon-compatible restorative interface. - Nobel-Compatible Osteotomy Instruments
Appropriate Nobel-compatible instruments can be used for implant site preparation.
Instrument selection, drilling sequence, and final osteotomy dimensions must follow this implant system’s instructions for the selected implant size and bone conditions. - Reduced Shoulder and Sloped Neck
The reduced shoulder diameter and sloped neck provide space around the coronal portion of the implant for surrounding bone and the restorative emergence profile. - Cold-Worked Grade 4 Titanium
The implant is manufactured from cold-worked commercially pure Grade 4 titanium. The cold-working process strengthens the titanium while retaining its commercially pure composition. - SLA Surface Treatment
The sandblasted and acid-etched surface creates a textured bone-contacting surface designed to support osseointegration.
