Description
The DentalMaster Dental Reign Implant System is designed for single- and multiple-tooth restorations, from the anterior esthetic zone to posterior load-bearing regions. It is also suitable for immediate implant placement, immediate loading, and cases with limited bone volume requiring enhanced primary stability. Featuring a superhydrophilic surface treatment, the system is fully compatible with Straumann® BLT prosthetic components and surgical instruments.
Superhydrophilic Surface | True Hydrophilicity, Faster Healing
DentalMaster’s superhydrophilic surface technology uses plasma surface treatment to effectively remove hydrocarbons and other organic contaminants. This highly activates the implant surface, accelerates early osseointegration, and may shorten the osseointegration period to approximately 4–8 weeks.
- Contact Angle <5°: Promotes the rapid spreading of blood and tissue fluids across the implant surface. Combined with the patented SLA microstructure, it further enhances cell adhesion.
- Hydrophilic Solution Packaging: The implant is continuously stored in a sodium chloride solution to prevent air exposure, ensuring that its stable superhydrophilic properties are maintained until clinical use.
Advanced SLA Surface | Patented Surface Treatment Technology
Patent No.: ZL 2012 1 0431965.7
Patent No.: ZL 2012 1 0432046.1
Unlike conventional sandblasted and acid-etched surfaces, DentalMaster’s advanced SLA surface technology combines mixed-particle sandblasting with an optimized acid-etching process. This creates a uniform and stable multilevel micron-scale topography with a composite “smaller pores within larger pores” structure, significantly increasing the bone-to-implant contact area.
- No Sharp Edges: Helps prevent damage to osteoblast filopodia and supports more consistent biological performance.
- Surface Activation: Significantly reduces the contact angle, improves hydrophilicity, and accelerates early osseointegration.

Implant Features
Featuring platform switching, a 15° conical connection, and a cross-locking interface, the implant provides precise positioning, a stable connection, and supports soft-tissue sealing. Its apically tapered body, triple-flute self-tapping design, and rounded apex enhance primary stability, adapt well to extraction socket anatomy, and help protect vital anatomical structures.
Cold-Worked Grade 4 Pure Titanium | High-Strength Material
DentalMaster cold-worked Grade 4 pure titanium maintains excellent biocompatibility while significantly improving mechanical performance through cold working.
- Higher Deformation Resistance: Resists deformation under long-term occlusal loading and helps reduce the risk of implant fracture.
- Higher Tensile Strength: Provides an optimal balance of strength and toughness, offering a greater safety margin for reliable long-term use.

| Conventional Grade 4 Pure Titanium | ≥480 MPa | ≥550 MPa |
| DentalMaster Cold-Worked Grade 4 Pure Titanium | ≥800 MPa | ≥950 MPa |
FAQ
1. How do I select the correct implant?
Please order according to the implant diameter (d). Each diameter is identified by a different color code:
Yellow: Ø3.3 mm
Red: Ø4.1 mm
Green: Ø4.8 mm
2. Why are the listed dimensions slightly different from Straumann® BLT specifications?
Our dimensions are based on actual measurements, while Straumann® BLT specifications are shown as nominal dimensions. The corresponding implant sizes are equivalent.
3. Are these implants compatible with the Straumann® BLT system?
Yes. The implants and related components are fully compatible with the Straumann® Bone Level Tapered (BLT) system.
4. Is there any difference from the original Straumann® BLT implant?
Yes. Our implants are supplied without a pre-mounted implant carrier or transfer piece. A compatible implant driver is required for pickup and insertion.
